Shaping the Future of Work: Preview of the Caribbean World of Work Forum 2025

The Caribbean World of Work Forum (CWWF) 2025, organised by Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies (CCLCS), promises to be a key event in the region’s journey towards a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable workforce. With the theme “Building Tomorrow Together: Embracing the Future of Work through Social and Solidarity Economy,” the forum will bring together a diverse group of workers, policymakers, academics, and community leaders from across the Caribbean.

Taking place from July 23-26, 2025, the forum will offer a platform for open discussions and interactive workshops, focusing on vital topics such as digital transformation, youth employment, climate resilience, and the future of labour markets. These conversations will centre on the shared belief that the future of work must be fair, adaptable, and built on cooperation.

The forum will not only highlight existing challenges but will also explore tangible solutions and actionable steps to address them. This is an opportunity for the region to come together, build partnerships, and share ideas that will benefit Caribbean workers for years to come.

We are proud to be part of this important initiative and excited about the conversations that will take place at CWWF 2025. We look forward to the fruitful discussions that will shape the future of work and the lasting impact they will have on the Caribbean.
